After two defeats in their opening three matches, the defending champions will look to turn around their World Cup campaign when they face South Africa at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Saturday.
Australia skipper Pat Cummins confirmed that their opener Travis Head is likely to go for a scan on Thursday to get an update on his injury ahead of their clash against South Africa in the ongoing World Cup.
"Sri Lanka have been fined 10 per cent of their match fee for maintaining a slow over-rate against South Africa in the Match 4 of ICC Men's Cricket World Cup on Saturday, 7 October 2023," the International Cricket Council (ICC) said in a statement on Sunday.
