Israeli soldiers seized heavy-weight rockets and aerial drones from a Palestinian Islamic Jihad outpost in northern Gaza during an overnight operation, the Israel Defense Forces said on Friday morning.
Soldiers searching through Gaza's Shifa Hospital have found a laptop containing videos and photographs of hostages, the Israel Defense Forces announced on Thursday.
The military added that forces were joined by medical teams and Arabic speakers "who have undergone specified training to prepare for this complex and sensitive environment, with the intent that no harm is caused to the civilians being used by Hamas as human shields."
Two soldiers and one terrorist were killed in an exchange of fire between security forces and terrorists in the Mir Ali area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's North Waziristan district.
The ISPR issued a statement noting an ongoing sanitization operation in the area to eliminate the presence of terrorists. "Sanitisation operation is being carried out to eliminate the terrorists present in the area," the military's media wing said.
Ten Israeli civilians and seven soldiers were injured by Lebanese rocket fire in two separate attacks on Sunday, while another barrage was intercepted by air defense systems.
A team of soldiers from Mike Battalion reached Soni village where houses were decorated with lights and the troops were welcomed with Dhols and flowers. This was followed by an exchange of sweets and pleasantries.
