A total of 206 cases of technical snags out of a total of 338 cases were reported by Indigo Airlines, which informed the Ministry of Civil Aviation on Monday.
"IndiGo flight 6E 2172 operating from Delhi to Ranchi returned to Delhi as a precaution due to a momentary technical caution," the airline said in its statement.
"Indigo flight 6E 2433 to Delhi, three minutes after departure from Patna airport reported one engine inoperative. The aircraft landed safely at 0911 hours. All operations are normal at the airport," the airport director said.

As per a DGCA statement, "An IndiGo Delhi-Chennai flight (6E-2789) safely returned to Indira Gandhi International Airport within an hour of take-off on Saturday night following a snag in engine".
