The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday will question former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in Tihar jail in connection with the Delhi Excise policy case, said sources.

He was arrested by the investigative agency in a case pertaining to alleged irregularities in the framing and implementation of the excise policy of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD).
Sisodia was arrested last Sunday in an ongoing investigation of a case related to alleged irregularities in the framing and implementation of the excise policy of GNCTD.

Taking a potshot at the AAP, Poonawalla alleged that the party has transformed from a party which rose from the 'India against corruption' movement to a party protecting and celebrating corruption.
The leaders alleged that the timings of the lodging of cases or arrests of the Opposition leaders "coincided with elections" which makes it clear that the action taken was "politically motivated".
