Justice Girish Katpalia of the Delhi High Court on Wednesday recused himself from hearing a petition filed by UK-based arms consultant Sanjay Bhandari, who is facing charges of tax evasion and money laundering.
The Supreme Court on Wednesday said that even if there have been any lapses in the in-house inquiry procedure in Justice Yashwant Varma's case, the same won't affect the Parliament to take action against the Allahabad High Court judge.
