According to party sources the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) chief DK Shivakumar and Siddaramaiah, a former CM and leader of Opposition, the two main contenders for the chief minister's post will meet with Rahul Gandhi at 10 Janpath.
As the suspense over the next Karnataka Chief Minister intensifies, Congress leaders Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar are scheduled to meet party leader Rahul Gandhi in Delhi on Wednesday.
Hussain was leaving from the party chief Mallikarjun Kharge's residence here in the national capital after a meeting on Tuesday night. He however told reporters that there was no meeting and that his visit was just a "courtesy call".
