Trinamool Congress MP Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar will attend the swearing-in ceremony of Karnataka Chief Minister designate Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister designate DK Shivakumar, on behalf of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
