The Supreme Court on Tuesday said that it will hear the plea, by Uddhav Thackeray challenging against Election Commission's move to allot the party name "Shiv Sena" and the symbol "Bow and Arrow" to the faction led by Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, tomorrow on Wednesday.

A case has been registered under sections 323 (Punishment for voluntarily causing hurt), 341 (wrongful restraint), and 337 (causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others) on the basis of singer Sonu Nigam's complaint, the police said.
