According to the plaintiff Rahul Shewale the frivolous allegations of corruption made against Shiv Sena and its members by Uddhav Thackeray, Aditya Thackeray and Sanjay Raut.
On Rahul Gandhi's "My name is not Savarkar and Gandhis never offers an apology" remark, Sanjay Raut said, "Veer Savarkar was a revolutionary, freedom fighter, social reformer. We have always respected Veer Savarkar. He should not be insulted."
