The Delhi court on Thursday reserved the order on the point of issuance of summons in a Defamation complaint filed by Union Minister Gajendra Singh Sekhawat against Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot for his alleged remarks about the Sanjeevani scam.
Delhi Police has served a notice to Lokesh Sharma, the OSD to the Rajasthan chief minister, asking him to appear on Monday for questioning in a phone-tapping case that came to light in Rajasthan in 2020, the official said on Sunday.
