As the market came to a close, the Sensex surged by 550.99 points, reaching 67,127.08, while the Nifty witnessed a substantial uptick of 176.40 points, closing at 19,996.35, marking an all-time high.
The benchmark index, Sensex, showcased an impressive surge, gaining 167.31 points and settling at 65,888.56. Following suit, the Nifty also experienced a positive trajectory, gaining 20.00 points to stand at 19,537.00.

Key indices BSE Sensex went up 600 points and settled at 61,032.26 while NSE Nifty surged 157 points to 17,928.10. According to NSE data, The Nifty IT index rose 0.99 per cent to 30,588.75. The index had fallen 2.26 per cent in the past two sessions.
