Union Minister and BJP candidate from Thiruvananthapuram, Rajeev Chandrasekhar, said on Tuesday that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi should be the last person to talk about corruption. He was reacting to Rahul 's allegation that the electoral bond scheme is "the biggest corruption scandal."
