Shiv Sena UBT leader and MP Sanjay Raut on Saturday said that Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) needs 'Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas' in the seat-sharing formula in the upcoming Maharashtra assembly elections, which are scheduled to take place on November 20.
