Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Sudhanshu Trivedi hit out at Samajwadi Party leader and Maharashtra MLA Abu Azmi and asked the INDI block members why they were trying to glorify Aurangzeb.
Azmi had reportedly said that Aurangzeb was not a "cruel administrator" and "built many temples". He added that the battle between the Mughal emperor and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj was for state administration and not about Hindu and Muslim.

"I have informed the IG (Inspector-General of Police) Cyber about the objectionable writing on Wikipedia. They have (been) ordered to contact Wikipedia and take action...It is not operated from India," Fadnavis told reporters.
