After the "re-appointment" of Sam Pitroda as the Chairman of the Indian Overseas Congress, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju on Wednesday took a jibe at the Congress party and said Prime Minister Modi Ji had already predicted this development.
"The Congress President has reappointed him on the assurance that he will not in future leave room for such controversies to arise," Jairam Ramesh said.
