Mumbai Police on Saturday said that it received a threat call from an unknown person who informed that gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's man was going to come to Mumbai and carry out a major incident.
Sharing details, police said that the accused had booked a cab in the name of Lawrence Vishnoi from Galaxy Apartment, the house of actor Salman Khan, to the Bandra Police Station.
In a recent development regarding the firing incident outside actor Salman Khan's residence on April 14, Mumbai Crime Branch has detained Sonu Gupta, brother of accused Vicky Gupta, with ongoing questioning, suspecting his involvement in the conspiracy, according to Mumbai Police sources.
After the firing incident occurred outside Salman Khan's residence, several celebrities and his family members visited the actor's house. Today, Shilpa Shetty also visited his house along with her mother.

Sources said that earlier when Mumbai Police officials reached Salman Khan's house after the firing incident, the actor was reportedly angry and worried about the security of his family.
In a major development in the probe into the firing at Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartment in Bandra on Sunday, the Mumbai Crime Branch said the perpetrators initially conducted a recce of the actor's residence before opening fire.
Chief Minister Eknath Shinde met superstar Salman Khan at the latter's Bandra residence on Tuesday. The meeting came close on the heels of the firing incident outside the actor's upscale Galaxy Apartments, last Sunday.
In his first public appearance since the firing incident outside his upscale Bandra residence, superstar Salman Khan stepped out to welcome Chief Minister Eknath Shinde as he arrived to meet at the Galaxy Apartments on Tuesday.
