As the grand Ram Temple opened to the world after a spectacular 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony, cricketing icon Sachin Tendulkar was pictured catching up with South superstar Rajinikanth in Ayodhya on Monday.
"One-sixth of the world's population resides in India. Whatever happens in India, makes a lasting impact on the world... This is a result of the sacrifice of lakhs of devotees and the faith of crores of them...This is the happiest day of our lives..." said Anurag Thakur.
Apart from him, former India spinner Anil Kumble and Indian Olympic medalist shuttler Saina Nehwal have already arrived at the temple to take part in the grand ceremony.
Ahead of the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony of Ram Lalla, legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar was spotted at Mumbai airport on Monday morning who was headed to Ayodhya.
Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva said in a statement that senior central and Delhi BJP leaders will join the community viewing of the Pran Pratistha at different temples in Delhi.
Besides Saina, Indian Olympic Association (IOA) president PT Usha and star cricketers like Anil Kumble and Venkatesh Prasad have reached the state for the event. Other star cricketers who have received the invitation to attend the event are MS Dhoni, Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, Mithali
