Prime Minister Narendra Modi slammed the Congress during his speech in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday, saying that the party has been conspiring to spread "aarthik aarajkta" (economic unrest) in the country by allegedly taking certain uneconomic steps in the states governed by them.

Rajya Sabha chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar in a stern tone said that Leader of Opposition in the House Mallikarjun Kharge cannot every time "rundown the chair" and said that there has been such disregard for the chair from his part.
