This is the second meeting of EAM Jaishankar with the Russian Deputy Prime Minister, during the course of his Indian visit. On Monday, Jaishankar and Manturov met representatives of Russian and Indian businesses at the India-Russia Business Dialogue in New Delhi.
The statement said, "There can be no impunity for war crimes and other atrocities such as Russia's attacks against civilians and critical civilian infrastructure."

Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal met Russian Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov on Monday. Officials from the Indian and the Russian sides participated in the meeting.
Manturov is on a two-day visit to India to intensify negotiations on Free Trade Agreement with India and work on the signing of the Russia-India Bilateral Agreement for the Promotion and Protection of Investments.

Addressing the Russia-India Business Dialogue, Manturov who is also the Russian minister of industry and Trade said, "Together with Eurasian Economic Commission, we are looking forward to intensifying negotiations on Free Trade Agreement with India."
On the first day of his visit, Manturov will co-chair the 24th India-Russia Inter-governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation (IRIGC-TEC)
Putin in his opening remarks said: "Development of relations between our two nations is going well in all areas, in the economy, social, cultural and educational sectors, and in military departments."
