Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat on Friday spoke on the journey of development India has taken through its history, saying that for a long time, India was considered a pioneer in various fields, but later on the environment problems also started arising in the country.
: The two-day meeting of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's (RSS) All India Executive Council was inaugurated by RSS Chief Dr Mohan Bhagwat and General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale, who paid floral tributes to the portrait of Bharat Mata.
"We completely agree with that. This is a worldwide problem. The government will always think about that and the concerned ministry will take action," Joshi told ANI.
Noting that the first condition for a healthy and able society is social harmony and mutual goodwill among different sections of society, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on Saturday said that this task can be accomplished not by merely organizing some symbolic programmes but by taking initiative
Noting that there is little control over OTT platforms on what is being shown and a lot of content is "disgusting", Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat on Saturday expressed concern that children and youth were getting negatively impacted.
He also emphasized that being weak is a crime, adding, "If we are weak, we are inviting atrocity. Wherever we are, we need to be united and empowered."
The body of the 31-year-old doctor was found at the R G Kar Medical College and Hospital on August 9. Since then thousands of junior doctors in the state have been on a strike.
Addressing the annual Vijayadashami programme held at Nagpur, the RSS Chief also called for unity among Hindus citing the example of Bangladesh where he said that for the first time, Hindus united and came out on roads for their protection.
Padma Bhushan and former Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) chief K. Radhakrishnan, who is also the chief guest of the event, was seen accompanying the RSS chief.
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat called on the Hindu society to unite by eliminating differences and disputes of languages, caste and province for its own security.
