Earlier in the day, PM Modi, along with Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat, ceremonially hoisted the saffron flag atop the temple's 191-foot-high shikhar in Ayodhya, symbolising the completion of construction of the historic Ram Temple.
CM Yadav said, "The grand hoisting of the saffron flag by Prime Minister Modi on the top of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya, in the presence of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Sarsanghchalak, Mohan Bhagwat, is overwhelming for all of us."
Addressing the gathering in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and thousands of attendees, Bhagwat began by extending gratitude to all present. "This is a significant day for all of us," he said.
