While passing through judgement, the Delhi High Court said, in view of the settled principles of law viz. sentencing and the factual position in the present case, this Court comes to the conclusion that this case does not fall in the category of 'rarest of rare cases'.
Delhi's Rohini Court has granted bail to a man accused in a case of cheating of lakhs of rupees on the pretext of providing government jobs including banks.
As per the complaint filed by the victim's family, who claimed that the accused allegedly took her objectionable photos and videos, and started threatening her of posting them on social media.
