A team of the Anti-Auto Theft Squad (AATS), Dwaraka, nabbed two men in connection with a robbery case reported on March 3 at Chhawla police station in which one accused got injured during a brief exchange of fire between the criminal and the police.
The report further revealed that 18 people, including a policeman and a woman, lost their lives in February, while, 12 people were killed in January, according to ARY News.
Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) Ekta Gauba Mann sentenced Bhola alias Sunil and Gautam alias Sachin on Thursday for the offences related to attempted robbery with Dr Meetu Bhushan.
The incident occurred in Ved Nagar locality under the jurisdiction of Nanakheda police station in the district when the elderly woman was returning from a temple located near her house in the district.
