Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao on Wednesday said the state is witnessing the benefits of the double-engine government and mentioned the road projects in the state.
He also reviewed the Shimla Bypass project and the Shimla-Solan four-lane widening and strengthening of Mandi-Hamirpur and Paonta-Shillai roads. He assured full cooperation from the state government in ensuring the timely completion of these projects.
A proposal for the same was tabled before the state cabinet meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav here in Bhopal and the state cabinet approved the proposal unanimously.
Earlier in the day, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and CM Mohan Yadav performed the inauguration of three road projects worth Rs 265 crores and laid the foundation stone of six road projects worth Rs 2102 crores in Jabalpur.
