Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLA G Lasya Nanditha died in a road accident on the Patancheru outer Ring Road in Telangana's Sangerddy district on the outskirts of Hyderabad on Friday early morning.
The accident occurred near Atal Bihari Vajpayee-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (ABV-IIITM) in the Hazira area in the district late Wednesday night.
A case has been registered against the bus driver for rash driving.
Nine people were killed while five others were injured after an autorickshaw was hit by a truck in Bihar's Lakhisarai district. The incident took place late on Tuesday night.
While nine people died on the spot, five were admitted to Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) for treatment. The deceased and injured were identified as mostly residents of Jamalpur in Munger district.

The accident occurred in Jaderua area under the jurisdiction of Murar police station in the district on Monday. There were three persons riding on the bike, the rider died on the spot while the rear persons sustained injuries and were undergoing treatment in the district hospital.
According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Shailesh Pandey, "5 people have died in the road accident that took place on the Yamuna Expressway. The incident took place when a bus enroute to Noida from Agra hit a divider, lost control and collided with a car."
