A 14-year-old boy who was stabbed in the Khajuri Khas area of northeast Delhi has succumbed to his injuries, police said on Thursday, adding that four youths from the same locality have been arrested in connection with the case.
"For the first time, we encountered the use of chilli spray against police personnel. A few of our officers were sprayed in the eyes and are currently receiving treatment at RML Hospital. Legal action is being taken in this regard," a Delhi Police official said.
While speaking to ANI, Bhardwaj said, "...People are saying that it was raining around 4 PM, and due to water accumulation nearby, the roof collapsed. Six people have died in this incident, some have been taken to AIIMS, and one person has been taken to RML Hospital."

Most of the bodies brought to RML hospital after the New Delhi stampede had injuries in the chest and abdomen area and suffered from asphyxia, according to the hospital sources.
