The Delhi High Court on Thursday listed the bail plea of Tasleem Ahmed before the roster bench for hearing. Earlier, a special bench was hearing the bail plea along with pleas of other accused in the larger conspiracy case of the Delhi riots in 2020.
"He (Faheem Khan) edited and circulated the video of the protest against Aurangzeb and due to which the riots spread. He also glorified violent videos," cyber cell's Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Lohit Matani told ANI here.
The deceased Babbu was caught in the stone pelting by two communal groups at Khajuri Chowk on February 25, 2020. He was beaten by one of the groups. He died in the Hospital two days later during treatment. He had several head injuries.
Nagpur Police have arrested 50 people, including seven minors, in connection with the recent violence in the city, Commissioner Dr Ravinder Singal said on Wednesday.

Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde launched a sharp attack on the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray) faction while addressing the Legislative Council on the recent violence in Nagpur.
"The Opposition leaders in Maharashtra had been saying for the last 3-4 days that there would be riots. How did they predict the future and know about it? This should also be looked into... This looks like a conspiracy of the Opposition," Mhaske told ANI.
As Shiv Sena leaders protested on the assembly premises seeking the removal of Aurangzeb's tomb, the opposition labelled the "riots a success of the government".
"A riot broke out in Mahal, the hometown of Maharashtra's Chief Minister. Nagpur has a 300-year-old history, and no riot has ever happened here before. We should ask why such a situation has arisen," Khera said.
"It is painful to see that despite the direction of the DCP (Northeast), no one has appeared before the court today to apprise the status of further investigation," Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) Pulastya Pramachala stated in an order on March 12.
