Uttarakhand State Disaster Management Secretary Vinod Kumar Suman on Sunday said that the ongoing rescue operation has made significant progress as weather conditions remained favorable.
He confirmed that four individuals have tragically lost their lives due to critical injuries, while 46 others are stable following a recent incident. One of the injured has been referred to AIIMS in Rishikesh for further treatment.

According to Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Public Relations Officer (PRO), "Rescue operations have been temporarily halted due to heavy snowfall and bad weather conditions. Teams remain on standby to resume at the earliest opportunity. Further updates to follow."
