The exile leaders also slammed China and said that they have a strong spirit so it's won't be easy to wipe out Tibet from the world's map and China's bully is not going to sustain.
The celebrations began with the unfurling of the tricolour by Indian Ambassador to Russia, Vinay Kumar, the singing of the national anthem, and the offering of floral tributes at the bust of Mahatma Gandhi.
Speaking on the occasion of the 77th Republic Day, Baghel said, "Congratulations to everyone on Republic Day. On this very day in 1950, the Constitution was implemented, and since then, we have become citizens of a republic and received constitutional rights, so hearty congratulations."
Congress MP Manickam Tagore accused the Central Government of "insulting" the Leaders of Opposition as they were seen sitting on the third row during the Republic Day Parade.
Himachal Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla unfurled the National Flag at the State-level celebration of the 77th Republic Day held at the historic Ridge, Shimla, today.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who is Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, made a brief appearance at the President of India's At-Home reception on the occasion of Republic Day on Monday.
