As people are gearing up to celebrate 75th Republic Day on Friday, elaborate security arrangements are put in place across the country with over 8,000 security personnel been deployed in the national capital alone.
Actor Ayushmann Khurrana will be present at this year's parade to witness India's historic 75th Republic Day celebrations at Kartavya Path in New Delhi.
Municipal Corporation of Delhi in consequent to the Pran Pratishtha Ceremony of Lord Ram at Ayodhya and the ongoing Republic Day celebration in Delhi, has appointed Nodal officials in its 12 zones for proper graceful disposal of National Flag and Religious Flags, the MCD said.
On the occasion of the 75th Republic Day celebrations, yoga teachers and instructors from different states will witness the parade at Kartavya Path as special invitees.

Ahead of the Republic Day celebrations, over 8,000 security personnel have been deployed and security has been beefed up with the help of technology and human intelligence surveillance in the national capital, said an official on Wednesday.
"The Indian Army is a partner of the French Army because we do a lot of exercises together each year. The last one with the Air Force was Garuda. It's a long collaboration and that's why it's important for us to be here," he said.
As the country gears up for the 75th Republic Day celebrations, the New Delhi Municipal Committee (NDMC) building is illuminated with tricolour lights -the national flag of India.
The Director General of Police, Jammu and Kashmir, RR Swain, chaired a high-level joint security meeting to review the preparedness in the Kashmir Zone in view of the forthcoming Republic Day.
