The West Bengal High Court refused to grant bail to the Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader and the TMC president of Birbhum district, Anubrata Mondal in the cattle- smuggling case.
The division bench of Calcutta High Court on Wednesday rejected the bail application of Trinamool Congress (TMC) Birbhum district president Anubrata Mondal, who is curently in CBI custody in connection with a cattle smuggling case in West Bengal.
The Bhojpal fair was held at BHEL Dussehra ground under Govindpura police station limits in the city. The incident occurred at around 10 pm on January 1.
