Union Minister for Railways, Ravneet Singh Bittu has filed a complaint with the Director General of Police (DGP), Chandigarh Police, alleging physical and verbal abuse by Chandigarh Police officers during his visit to the Chief Minister's residence in Chandigarh.
Singh accused Bittu of spreading misinformation to create a political sensation, citing discrepancies in the Union Minister's claims about budgetary allocations.
"He (Bhagwant Mann) is a part of the 'tukde tukde' gang who always thinks of dividing the nation. His agents are working in Punjab and illegal shops are running here... isn't that something to be ashamed of??" he further said.
