On the fourth day of Rath Yatra, devotees gathered in large numbers to witness and be part of the grand event. The Rath Yatra began on June 27 from Jagannath Temple here. July 5 will mark the conclusion of the event, known as 'Bahuda Yatra'.
Odisha Law Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan described the stampede during the Puri Ratha Yatra as "unfortunate" and stated that appropriate action will be taken once the ongoing investigation is completed.
