Bolivia's Minister of Foreign Affairs Celinda Sosa Lunda, Hungary's Minister of Foreign Affairs Peter Szijjarto, Norway's Minister of Foreign Affairs Espen Barth Eide arrived in Delhi on Tuesday to attend the Raisina Dialogue.
