"Light thunderstorms with gusty wind speeds reaching 30-40 kmph and light to moderate rain is expected to occur in Nuapada, Kandhamal, Nayagarh, Puri, Cuttack, Khorda, Ganjam, Gajapati, Malkanagiri, Jagatsingpur, Kendrapada, Bhadrak, Balasore, and Raygada districts," said IMD Scientist Sanje
