The India Meteorological Department has predicted thunderstorms with light to moderate-intensity rain over Delhi and nearby region for the next couple of hours.
Hailstorm and precipitation are likely to occur over and adjoining areas of NCR (Gurugram) during the next one hour, said Regional Weather Forecasting Centre (RWFC) in New Delhi on Saturday evening.
After heavy rain on Sunday in many north Indian states, the weather department on Monday said that a mercury drop by two to three degrees celsius is expected in Delhi-NCR.
