A passenger, who was travelling on the Kanchenjunga Express at the time of the accident on June 17, filed a complaint against the loco pilot and co-loco pilot of the goods train.
Train services resumed on Tuesday in the railway line in the Phansidewa area of the Darjeeling district where the Kanchenjunga Express train met with an accident on Monday, killing 8 people and leaving around 25 people injured.
