CPI (M) leader Sitaram Yechury denied on Wednesday having received an invitation from Congress Party to join Rahul Gandhi-led 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' in Uttar Pradesh.
As the Bharat Jodo Yatra is slated to enter the "sensitive" state of Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir next year, Congress on Wednesday requested the Centre to ensure the safety and security of the party MP Rahul Gandhi during the march.
