Congress leader Randeep Surjewala on Sunday said that the Election Commission of India refused to address any of the concerns raised by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over "electoral manipulation".
He termed allegations of bias by the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha as an "insult" to the Constitution of India. CEC also asked Congress MP Rahul Gandhi to either furnish a signed affidavit or apologise to the nation for his remarks.

Shiv Sena leader Shaina NC on Sunday labelled Congress' Voter Adhikar Yatra as "Rumour Yatra" and said that Rahul Gandhi must submit an affidavit to the Election Commission where he is repeatedly claiming of electoral irregularities.
TKS Elangovan further said that if the ECI is "bungling" with the voter list, then it must answer the "vote theft" allegations made by Congress MP Rahul Gandhi.
Tiwari further accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of spreading anarchy, further stating that the Election Commission of India should take proper action against them.
Speaking to ANI, TPCC President said, " The Election Commission is talking like a political party. This is very wrong in a democratic country. ECI is talking like a part of the BJP."
The Rajya Sabha MP raised questions on the poll panel over the availability of voter lists and alleged that the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had access to them while the Congress did not receive the details.
