Jharkhand Governor CP Radhakrishnan on Sunday wished Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 73rd birthday, calling him a “unique leader” who inspires everyone, regardless of whether they belong to his party or not.
On the occasion of 73rd Birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, an eye donation camp was organised at the Raj Bhawan in Jharkhand where 73 people took pledge to donate their eyes.

"Simply people are taking one or two lines from nowhere and they want to say it is bad. Everything has its own positives and negatives. Whatever is negative, we are eradicating," Jharkhand Governor CP Radhakrishnan said.
"They (the opposition) are making a hue and cry that our country is being called Bharat. But the 'Bharat' name was not created by Narendra Modi...Bharat Varsh was created by Lord Krishna," the Jharkhand Governor said speaking to reporters.
The Governor paid rich tributes to the late S Radhakrishnan, former President of India, whose birth anniversary is celebrated as Teacher’s Day throughout the country.
According to the Chief Minister's Office (CMO), CM Dhami paid his respects and offered floral tributes to the late President of India at the Chief Minister's residence in Dehradun.
Speaking at an event on the National Teachers’ Day programme, Pradhan said that the education sector should be strengthened if India wishes to become a developed nation by 2047.
