According to veteran trade expert Taran Adarsh, 'Dhurandhar' surpassed the lifetime business of the Allu Arjun film, taking the total collection to Rs 831.40 crore in its fifth week.
The incident, which occurred on December 4, 2024, during the premiere of 'Pushpa 2: The Rule', resulted in the death of a woman named Revathi and left her child, Sri Teja, in critical condition.
Nearly a year after a stampede during the pre-release screening of 'Pushpa 2 - The Rule' at Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad, the city police have filed a chargesheet in the case. Actor Allu Arjun has been named as one of the accused.
Praising the film, the Haryana cabinet minister said that Dhurandhar is one of those films that attempts to reveal a hidden truth and claimed that it showcases the reality of Pakistan.
