After the discovery of a temple dedicated to Lord Jagannath in Sald village of Uttarkashi, District Magistrate Abhishek Ruhela on Sunday said that the beautification of the revered temple will be done in a planned manner by making a concrete action plan.

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami chaired a meeting at the secretariat to discuss the development of new townships in various cities of the state.
The Chief Minister also gave instructions to prepare a flood management plan for effective prevention of water logging due to Sonali and other rivers in Laksar area.
While speaking to ANI, CM Dhami said," The flooding is excessive here, water has entered the houses of people. The Administration and all of us are here. We are seeing to it that people get food and other essential items and do not face any issues. Water will recede once the rainfall stops.
