CBI has arrested four accused including two public servants and two private persons in a Rs 8 lakh bribery case, said a statement from CBI on Saturday.
Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) judge Vishal Gogne asked the competent authority to decide the question of sanction of prosecution against 32 public servants, including former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, and listed the matter on July 31.
The CBI, while opposing the bail plea, stated that the further investigation is at a very crucial stage on certain key aspects, including the involvement of other public servants and private persons as well as to ascertain the flow of the ill-gotten money.
