The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), Department of Revenue, achieved significant results under the Special Campaign 5.0 for Swachhata and Disposal of Pending Matters, according to the Ministry of Finance.
According to the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, during the campaign, the Ministry achieved 100 per cent disposal of 299 public grievances and 104 public grievance appeals, along with 100 per cent review of all identified files, both physical and electronic, across its Divisions/ Sections.
During the "Janta Darshan", the chief minister addressed the public present at the temple, listening to their issues and grievances. He reviewed the written applications of the attendees and assured them of a resolution.
"A total of 1,639 cleanliness campaigns have been conducted, and 85 References from Members of Parliament have been disposed of. Moreover, 5,000 public grievances and 418 public grievance-related appeals have been disposed off".
