The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) on Thursday expressed solidarity with priest Chinmoy Krishna Das, who was arrested on charges of sedition for allegedly raising a flag on a stand displaying Bangladesh's national flag.

Dhaka police arrested ISKCON priest Chinmoy Das on November 25 amid ongoing alleged atrocities against Hindus and other minorities in Bangladesh. Chinmoy Das was arrested on sedition charges, prompting a lawyer to file a petition seeking a ban on ISKCON in Bangladesh.
