As many as nine persons were arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for their alleged involvement in accumulating funds for terror activities on the pretext of admission of J&K students in various professional courses in Pakistan based institutions, stated an official release.
Two fraudsters involved in cheating people on pretext of converting or redeeming their credit card points into rupees were arrested on Tuesday by a team of Cybercrime police, South West District, said the officials.

According to an official statement, the accused's movements were tracked to Telangana, Haryana, Delhi and Rajasthan before he was caught in Jalore district of the desert state.
Venugopal said, "We are not afraid of anyone. We follow Indian law. PM Modi and Bharatiya Janata Party should not be under the pretext that Congress will get scared by ED and CBI. We will fight according to the law of India".
The police further said that after the matter was reported to the police, a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act was registered.
