Trump made the remarks when asked if there was anything prosecutors could throw at Trump legally that would convince him to drop out of the 2024 White House race.
Biden's visit, and the anniversary, come at a delicate time for Northern Ireland, as it grapples with the repercussions of Brexit on its borders and trade dealings.
