The Supreme Court on Friday said that it would pass an order on November 25 on a batch of petitions seeking to delete the words 'secular' and 'socialist' from the Preamble of the Indian Constitution.

"I hereby give notice of a question of privilege under Rule 187 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Council of States (Rajya Sabha) against Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of Education for having misled the House," the Congress leader said in the notice.
