With a week left for the Maha Kumbh Mela, the official website of the grand religious congregation is getting a lot of visitors and has been visited by over 33 lakh people from India and 182 other countries.
Within the sprawling Kumbh Mela premises, the company has deployed 78 active Cell on Wheels (COW) to provide seamless mobile coverage. These upgrades extend beyond the mela grounds to highways, railway stations, the airport, hotels, and other high-traffic areas throughout Prayagraj.
As Prayagraj gear up to welcome thousands of devotees, seers and sages for the Maha Kumbh Mela, the local resorts have decided to focus on the eco-friendly aspects by opting Bamboo Cottages for accommodations.
With only a few days left for Mahakumbh to begin, the excitement in the air is palpable, with the clanging of bells, chanting of mantras, and all the prominent Akharas arriving to witness the grand mela.
One of the major attractions of the Maha Kumbh 2025 has become the Rudraksh Baba who wears 108 rudraksh garlands which consists of a total of 11,000 rudraksh.
The Peshwai of the Anand Akhada has arrived in Prayagraj on Monday as the nation prepares itself for the Mahakumbh Mela 2025, which is scheduled to begin on January 13.
Digambar Naga Baba from Rajasthan has been standing with his right hand raised up to protect the Sanatan Dharma also arrived in Prayagraj for the Mahakumbh Mela.
"To contribute towards environmental purification and preservation, we are dispatching 31,000 cloth bags and 16,000 steel plates. Proper rituals and puja archana were performed before sending off the vehicle with the tune of Ram Naam."
Preparations have been intensified in Prayagraj ahead of the Mahakumbh Mela 2025 as several measures have been taken on the ground to facilitate the devotees and visitors coming for the 'Shahi Snan'.
