Congress MP Jairam Ramesh on Saturday tore into the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP), questioning their concerns with the name 'Mahatma Gandhi' over the reports of renaming of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) as the "Pujya Bapu Rural Employment Scheme."
